The department offers pupils a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities. There are frequent theatre trips to local theatres and The West End.

In addition, pupils have the opportunity to be in school productions including pantomimes and musicals.  Musicals are held biennially and the college prides itself in the history of its musicals. The large casts and live bands provide opportunities for the pupils. In recent years, pupils have performed Beauty and the Beast, Fame and Little Shop of Horrors, to name a few. There are plenty of opportunities for everyone to get involved on stage or behind the scenes.
