Pupils have the choice of 2 pathways:
GCE Physical Education
Our WJEC AS/A level Physical Education specification has been designed to allow learners to develop an appreciation of physical education in a wide range of contexts.
It is designed to integrate theory and practice with an emphasis on the application of theoretical knowledge.

BTEC NQF Level 3 Diploma in Sport
This vocational course enables you to learn about the theory behind sport in great depth and is equivalent to 2 GCEs. You will have the opportunity to gain experience for use in the workplace or as a stepping stone to higher education. The variety of subjects will enable you to study most areas of sport and will help you decide which field you wish to work towards.
